About 18 months ago my wife and I decided we would purchase a condo in the St. Petersburg area. We made this decision on very short notice, and asked for a reference from our good friend and trusted business partner John Posey, Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley in St Petersburg. On this extremely short notice, Tammy was willing to assist us in this purchase in the most responsive and pleasant way. She helped cater to our 3 small children that we were bringing around with us. In addition, I never felt that our time was wasted with the items she showed us, and now that we have decided to put our investment for sale she has been even better. Any Lime we have had a maintenance issue she has taken care of it for us so that we would not be troubled with it. In addition, she has taken many steps on her own to make sure that the condo was more "sellable" for showings.
I fully endorse her for a listing or a buying agent, and would gladly accept a phone call for further more specific discussion if desired.

I am writing this letter in support of Ms Tammy Plummer. I personally know many real estate agents but when the time came to choose an agent for my properties, J chose Tammy for several reason& She was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt in returning phone calls and in preparing documents Tammywas genuinely excited to market the homes in a slow real estate market and exhibited a positive attitude not seen in the other agents interviewed for the position. In fact, Tammy exhibited confidence that the homes would be sold in a lagging real estate market. This was despite my own reservations and lack of enthusiasm. Once Tammy was hired as my agent, she promptly prepared all necessary documents to begin the process. Additionally, all virtual tours, pictures and staging were professIonally done within one week of listing the properties on MLS. She answered every phone call promptly and even accepted my calls on nights and weekends. In fact, she kept me updated almost daily on all of the showings and feedback from potential buyers. All suggestions regarding possible upgrades and maintenance were tastefully discussed in an appropriate manner.
During this exceptionally slow market, Tammy was able to secure a contract on the one home I was convinced would remain on the market indefinitely. This occurred within two months of the house being placed on the market for sale I was so pleased with the results, I convinced a long time friend to hire Tammy when her contract with another agent expired. Tammy was able to secure a contract on sold myhome within one month of listing it as well. This came as a pleasant surprise, as my friend had been trying to sell the home for over one year and had hired two different agents prior to engaging Tammys servtces.
I highly recommend Tammy to friends and family members whenever there is a need for a competent, qualified agent. In fact, I will be asking for Tammy's help when I purchase an office building in the near future.
